By using Intro, you agree to these terms.

Your content

You own the content you put on your cards, and you're responsible for it. You must not create, share, or publish content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, harassing, threatening, hateful, violent, deceptive, or that impersonates another person. Sharing a card makes its contents visible to anyone with the link or code.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Intro to spam, harass, or deceive.
• Don't attempt to access other users' data beyond cards intentionally shared with you.
• Don't interfere with or disrupt the service.

Objectionable content and moderation

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Within the app you can report objectionable content and block abusive users. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these terms, at our discretion and without notice.

The service

Intro is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for lost data or damages arising from use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Intro Pro subscription

Intro offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Intro Pro, which unlocks additional cards and features. The free version of Intro remains available without a subscription.

• Intro Pro is offered as a monthly or a yearly plan. The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If you start a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where an equivalent free period is offered.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms.

Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You can stop using Intro at any time by deleting your account in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) and removing the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
